Flavor & Experience
Taste: A balance of Samyang’s signature fiery heat and tangy, fermented kimchi notes for a multi-dimensional flavor profile.
Texture: Springy, chewy noodles that hold the rich sauce well, with kimchi flakes adding subtle crunch and tang.
Spice Level: Very spicy—though slightly milder than the extreme 2× or 3× Buldak versions. Still recommended for spice lovers.
⚠️ Always check your package ingredients if you have dietary restrictions, as formulations may vary by region.
Safety Note
In 2024, Denmark recalled certain extremely spicy Samyang variants (2×, 3×, Hot Chicken Stew) due to capsaicin-related health concerns linked to social media eating challenges.
👉 The Kimchi flavor was not part of the recall and is considered safe when consumed normally.
